Dr. Andrea Landgraf Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Landgraf earned her DVM from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2020 and completed her clinical year at Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. She has had a strong connection with animals since she was young, and has always enjoyed puzzles and challenges. This solidified Dr. Landgraf’s career choice after her own dog, Joey, had a traumatic accident with a low chance of survival when he was a puppy. Joey is now 15 years old—seeing him through his accident and recovery helped guide Dr. Landgraf further along the path where her love for science and veterinary medicine grew. There is so much variety in the field, and there is always something new to learn!
Dr. Landgraf has several pets at home: a Coconut Retriever named Kasin, adopted from the island of St. Kitts while Dr. Landgraf was attending school; a mixed breed named Soca, adopted during her clinical year in Virginia; Joey the Havanese, and various fish.
Outside of work, Dr. Landgraf enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, kayaking, traveling, snorkeling, fish-keeping, playing basketball and soccer, cooking, baking, and spending time with her family, fiancé, and pets.
